As the Director of FP&A - Revenue, you’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and support the monthly financial review process for the entire eCommerce organization and become the expert and go-to resource for providing an understanding of our customers’ behavior. You’ll play a critical role in constructing the narrative around our company’s growth by providing transparency and strategic insights into our multiple revenue streams.

The Director - FP&A will be an instrumental leader as we build finance and accounting in a global, hyper growth environment. Reporting to the VP, Head of Finance, this role will provide financial perspective, accountability and strategic oversight of our Corporate FP&A team. This person should be comfortable operating with extremely high standards while also supporting a business that is scaling globally with high innovation and capital requirements.

Drive all company-wide financial planning and reporting initiatives.
Drive operating improvements by identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
Work with department heads on identifying and tracking key performance metrics for their departments.
Own the financial compliance framework to ensure accounting, regulatory, and tax compliance.
Develop analyses and metrics to enhance decision-making and visibility into key financial issues.
Assemble and summarize data to structure reports and presentations on financial status, opportunities and risk.
Lead the implementation of key strategic initiatives including development of roadmaps, support processes, and organizational requirements.
