Develop a deep understanding of the key business drivers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision making. Implement scalable operational processes and integrated systems to drive team efficiency, accurate reporting (recurring weekly updates as well as executive-level reporting), and visibility across the entire department. Own all KPI data sources and reporting for the Platform team, ensuring data integrity and business needs are being met efficiently. Analyze internal and external data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement. Own communication of new processes and procedures and ensure effective adoption by internal stakeholders (e.g. preparing clear documentation, facilitating training sessions as needed, etc.). Guide existing and future Platform Operations team members while maintaining a high-performing and data-driven environment. Work with Platform Management regularly to address our business needs efficiently and identify gaps/opportunities to evolve processes with a focus on scalability.
