Develop, implement, refine the server applications for our Lucky Day app. Make technical decisions that improve the codebase while minimizing risk. Collaborative with team members on the design and implementation of new features. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Continuously learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies to evaluate impact to business and user value.

Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks including Facebook, Google, Twitter, ad exchanges, offer wall. Monitor, optimize and report performance on campaigns across active ad networks on an ongoing basis. Develop test plans and experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities. Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels. A Paid Social Specialist (Facebook) is a Hawke Media associate who is responsible for generating profits for Hawke Media clients and the agency and whose ultimate objective is to grow and scale the client’s paid media account(s) by driving equal or lower costs per customer acquisition while increasing paid media spend. Develop new features for the Lucky Day Android app. Translate design and product requirements into high-quality code. Work closely with Backend Engineers to deploy exciting new features. Work with the product team to design and wireframe modern interfaces. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, responsiveness, and stability of the SDK.

Create and maintain deployment pipelines for multiple environments. Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams to plan, deploy, and maintain business solutions in a cloud environment. Troubleshoot any emergency infrastructure incident to achieve optimal application performance and stability. Communicate effectively with engineering, production and QA teams in coordinating systems engineering work. Recommend alternative design and platform decisions (not always green-field). Collaborate with technical leads to integrate an end-to-end design that's well documented.

The primary role of the Process Engineer is to develop the production guidelines for manufacturing products with component suppliers and contract manufacturing (CM) partners.  Review and change the processes to continually improve throughput and quality.

The Sr. Electrical Engineer  (Digital Power) will come with substantial experience in the design and development of highly-efficient power supply and LED driver designs. You will be a part of the process from concept investigation and design analysis to successful production execution. Using analytical and problem-solving skills the Electrical Engineer will help guide decision making in the organization. The candidate must have  domain expertise with designing, modeling, trouble shooting, and verifying stability of digital power control loops. This individual must have deep expertise of  offline conversion topologies including Flyback, Buck, PFC, resonant converters, LLC and analog/digital controls loops. Candidate must be intimately familiar with power supply safety and environmental certifications, offline controllers, components, magnetic design, power supply layout and state-of the art techniques for efficiency optimizations including no load/light load efficiency techniques. The Electrical Engineer will help in architecture investigation with the power architect and help determine the best design option for power metric performance optimization including but not limited to efficiency, power density, cost and scalability.
