Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, engineering, and product to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and implement optimizations.
Support the CMO and Marketing organization (both domestic and international) to develop recommendations for changes to investment and marketing strategy based on quantitative analyses.
Support our Direct Marketing team to understand campaign level performance metrics.
Drive marketing analytical insights by building reporting infrastructure, creating dashboards and performing ongoing ad-hoc analyses to evaluate the efficiency of our marketing spend.
Build models to better understand the value and churn behavior of our users.
Continue to develop our attribution framework to measure the impact of our various marketing channel activities.
Own and maintain data infrastructure that sources from multiple social ads, search engine, and mobile app platforms.
Master and own the analytical understanding of customer behavior and business.
