Leading client facing interactions for top accounts on feed management, optimization & opportunities.
Taking ownership of managing and resolving escalations for feed issues, should they occur.
Creating & managing catalogs for various marketplaces/shopping engines such as Connexity, Walmart, eBay, etc.
Uploading new products to internet retailer websites by populating each retailer’s unique template.
Ensuring products are positioned & represented in a way that makes sense to the end consumer.
Performing quality control of product feeds for inaccuracies, warnings, discontinued products, etc.
Performing audits of clients’ current e-commerce marketplace strategies and tactics.
Establishing company best practices for Wpromote paid search & social managers.
Training our internal services team on the available marketplaces and how they integrate with PPC, Social and Programmatic.
Joining sales pitches to present audits and/or speak to the value of feed management & marketplaces.
Creating projections & estimates for existing clients and prospects based on available traffic for each product.
