VP of Creative
Honey is continuing to grow and we're looking to expand our creative marketing efforts! The VP of Creative will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing all of Honey’s advertising efforts across its paid and organic media channels. This candidate understands why & how to marry the best of Brand and Performance Marketing.
- Oversee & lead the development & expansion of the internal advertising agency (art directors, copywriters, designers & project managers)
- Ensure Honey’s advertising efforts are delivering on both brand & financial goals
- Partner with Brand & Growth in developing effective communication briefs that lead to breakthrough creative across paid & organic channels.
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to ensure brand voice, feel & look are consistent across all consumer-facing platforms.
- Partner with the SVP, Growth in developing & managing Honeys’ marketing strategy.
- 10+ years of agency and D2C experience
- Proven track record of leading & managing a large-scaled creative team
- Proficient understanding of both traditional & digital media channels
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
