(Senior) Account Executive - Los Angeles

As an Account Executive at Collab, your knowledge of YouTube media and online video sales will inform how Collab’s media offering grows and takes shape. Your superpowers are sales discipline, high activity levels, broad communications and an ability to leverage deep relationships to get people on board. You’ve got deep relationships with independent media agencies, larger shops and clients who know you and trust you enough to give it a try when you bring them something new, and can make things happen quickly. In partnership with sales leadership, you will lead the development of our media bundles, and fuel our revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with leadership to develop a portfolio of prospects, targets and new customers for Collab
  • Walk the walk and talk the talk: be out in the field consistently, shaking hands, kissing babies and closing
  • Drive deals across media holding company partners
  • Deliver stellar presentations which clearly and beautifully communicate marketing strategy and paid media campaign ideas
  • Partner with the Branded Content activation team to land bigger deals and upsell distribution packages
  • Help us develop our vertical expertise and inform the growth of our inventory footprint
  • Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities, and platform innovations

What You'll Have:

  • 3-5 years prior experience selling YouTube, Network TV or similar media products
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and be part of a growing team
  • Strong understanding of video analytics, YouTube analytics, etc
  • IAB digital media sales training
  • Google AdWords certification
  • Highly skilled use of Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized
  • Undergrad degree that supports your career path or at least tells a good story
