As part of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the tech and logistics industry, and set the foundation for career advancement. 

On a day-to-day basis as a sales development representative you will:

  • Collaborate with your sales team to successfully drive growth through our sales channel
  • Develop and grow a strong lead pipeline
  • Research and develop accounts relationship matrix
  • Work with your team to drive clients’ operational success.
  • Categorizes opportunities to appropriate sales executive
  • Effectively communicate account opportunities
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in our customer relationship management system (CRM) to ensure timely and effective lead management

Location

Our office is in Downtown LA, just across Pershing Square! We have a lot of pretty cool bars and restaurants around us!

At Shippabo, the tech team is constantly facing changing requirements and delivering new product features while maintaining legacy code. This sounds like a startup right? There is rarely a day when I am not learning something new or applying these new pattern to our code base. Being on the edge of tech and creating a product is what make my day!

Be able to thrive in uncertainty and have a “I don’t know, but I’ll find out” attitude. International logistics is complex, to say the least. Don’t be afraid of not knowing something. Be determined to figure it out.

I would describe the office as fun and collaborative. Shippabo’s communal, no offices feel allows for great team collaboration and an even playing field for all.
