Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager with 3-5 years experience building and guiding a sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in MarTech/AdTech and be able to coach a team to develop, pitch, and close partnerships with prospective clients.

You will:

  • Coach, mentor, guide, and manage a pipeline for a team of 10-12 Account Executives
  • Drive business generation while growing existing client relationships
  • Manage prospects, metrics, and business opportunities in Salesforce
  • Deliver positive results against quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Work directly with the executive team and other sales leaders to build product positioning
  • Perform product demonstrations both in person and online with clients
  • Collect market/client information and provide feedback to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Have the opportunity to travel to conferences, events, and client meetings

You have:

  • 5 years of sales experience in MarTech/AdTech, selling directly to the marketing verticals of an organization
  • 3+ years of sales management experience within MarTech/AdTech
  • Experience using Salesforce for prospecting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proven ability to join and support Account Executives on sales calls while coaching them on effective sales processes
  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking to provide solutions to prospective clients
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
