Account Manager

As an account manager you will help drive the advertising sales division from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams; ensuring that aspects of our campaigns are performing above expectations while updating, educating and building relationships with our advertising clients. You will facilitate the management of all aspects of campaigns from pre-sale cycle through the post-sale cycle providing an end-to-end amazing experience for Mobcrush advertiser/agency partners.
What You'll Do 
  • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner. 
  • Identify top-tier influencers to partner with on branded campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts with agencies, influencers, and partners on behalf of the company. 
  • Manage and execute custom influencer marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Oversee existing and develop new relationships with clients and agencies across endemic and non endemic verticals.
  • Demonstrate an in depth understanding of Mobcrush’s product suite and services to best educate clients about content capabilities and match needs with opportunities.
  • Manage content delivery strategy and process for all entertainment brands and app developers across social, OTT, live, and digital linear platforms, including native and feed based publishing.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to anticipate and scope out technical projects that support the department’s needs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, insights, new technologies, platform innovations, and culture to help foster big thinking and business development. 
What We're Looking For 
  • 3+ years of account management experience with agency background desirable.
  • In depth understanding of influencer-endorsed advertising. 
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media and influencer landscape.
  • Experience managing campaigns on streaming platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, and Facebook 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Willingness to learn, roll up your sleeves, and wear multiple hats. 
Ideal candidate is self-motivated, effective communicator, with a passion for digital advertising and has extensive experience in managing complex and multi-platform integrated proposal campaigns

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

Scaling a live video streaming platform while continuing to build out a unique and useful feature set for our user base. Live streaming creators are frequently leveraging metrics to enhance their experience for viewers and we aim to provide all the data and tools to make the most of their impact while assuring the product is stable and easy to use.
