Account Executive

| Santa Monica

Who we are looking for

BloomNation is scaling rapidly and looking for tenacious AEs who will not only crush their metrics, but also add value to our constantly evolving team. We are a unit of like-minded individuals who are excited about partnering with small businesses and want you to help us share in their success.

As an Account Executive at BloomNation, you will be on the ground floor of a high-growth technology startup and an Inside Sales team that is actively disrupting the $35B retail floral industry. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and conducting online demonstrations of our platform to florists across the country, and will play a pivotal role in our customer acquisition and revenue goals for 2019.
 

More specifically, you will be…

  • Exceeding your monthly sales quota and inspiring others to do the same
  • An expert on the BloomNation product suite and an evangelist of our service
  • Identifying the pain points of prospective florists and how our platform can provide solutions
  • Managing and forecasting an accurate sales opportunity pipeline
  • Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and workflow daily
  • Building strong and empathetic relationships with potential clients
  • Participating in weekly sales training, one-on-ones, and mentorship of junior teammates

You will excel if you have...

  • 1+ years of high-volume, short-cycle, and quota-driven sales experience (B2B is a plus!)
  • A track record of proven performance and success - top 10% - bring your “brag book!”
  • Strong phone presence and ability to give virtual demos
  • Experience using inside sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)
  • A knack for being organized, coachable, enthusiastic, driven & focused
  • High energy with a "roll your sleeves up" attitude
  • A self-motivated and ready to problem-solve demeanor
  • The desire to be a team player who and contribute to a fast-paced, employee-centric environment
