As Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and building a sales team, enhancing company offerings, and ensuring client expectations are met.

You will:

  • Drive business generation while growing existing relationships
  • Delivering against quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Coach, mentor and lead Account Executives
  • Manage pipeline for a team of 10-12 Account Executives 
  • Work directly with executive team and sales leadership to build product positioning
  • Perform company product demonstrations both in person and online. Collect market/client information and providing feedback to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Manage prospects and business opportunities in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Prior sales management experience
  • 5 years sales experience in SaaS or AdTech
  • Effective communicator
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking
  • Ability to join and provide support on calls with Account Executives
  • Opportunity to travel

  • Self-motivated individual with aptness to inspire team
