Job Summary

Bambee is a next generation HR company that is growing its team to keep up with its rapidly growing client base and expanding markets. The company is looking to hire a Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager to join its rapidly growing product team with a focus on deploying a new CRM and building out an existing suite of internal tools that support our HR services and sales teams. The role will be focused on product and feature prioritization; developing user stories and requirements; working with engineering and third-party vendors to deliver products and features; and driving revenue and efficiency via existing product adoption and new products. The successful candidate is expected to build deeply productive relationships with their peers in other functions and will report to the head of product management.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for products and features used by our internal HR Accounts, Shared Services, and Sales teams, including both the company’s proprietary back-end platform (called Honey) and third-party systems/tools. The latter includes the design and deployment of a third-party CRM, most likely Salesforce. Depending on the successful candidate and the longer-term evolution of the organization, the role could also include ongoing administration of the CRM with the corresponding direct reports.

  • Deploy and optimize Salesforce as a CRM for the sales team in an initial phase, followed by the exploration of whether and how Salesforce can be used to manage existing clients

  • Own and deliver Honey features and various third-party solutions (including integrations between the two) that improve the end-to-end external and internal customer experience and drive meaningful revenue growth and efficiency improvements

  • Identify opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and define product vision and strategy

  • Articulate and design experiences that delight internal users, while helping them provide clients with HR best practices in a confident and efficient manner

  • Understand internal and external customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequently

  • Make smart decisions based on customer research, design sprints, and prototyping while balancing short and long term goals

  • Partner and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA a plus

  • 3+ years of product management experience; 5+ years preferred for a Sr. Product Manager

  • Demonstrated record of launching successful internal products and tools, including CRM or similar systems; familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS industry experience preferred

  • Track record of delivering software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience

  • Experience with leading competitive research, customer research, and survey methods

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
