The focus of the role?
This is a rare opportunity to help mold, create and guide the unique future brand of Canoo. Your job will be to shape our identity both internal and external within the Product Launch team at Canoo. The primary responsibility of this role is to understand the way an innovative new electric car company should be marketed to make maximum impact.
In the competitive marketplace of today, identity is critical for all brands. It is about creating a long-lasting impression on consumers and improving market share and sales. You’ll make sure that the marketing and advertising activities portray the correct message. You’ll also work with design to generate brand guidelines and ensure that we adhere to them.
You will work closely with numerous teams, including creative agencies, marketing personnel, researchers, and product managers to make sure that the image and the values of the brand can be seen in every action as we bring our revolutionary vehicle and membership model to market.
Who are you?
Canoo is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Product Launch team. If you love setting a vision, managing cross-functional stakeholders, pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from a high level as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you.
You are a brand strategist that excels at being flexible based on human-centric ideas and needs. The ideal candidate is a doer, a creative thinker and can light up a room with their strategic thought, collaborative energy, and drive to do what’s best for our members and the needs of our unique business model purely based on membership.
You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and are a self-starter owner. Any high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
You have exceptional communication and organization skills, leadership potential, and are biased toward action. You make the complex simple and are a great collaborator.
