VP Client Support
Are you a talented professional that focuses on client relationships, retention and education of company product initiatives? As a VP of Client Support, you help to lead our team of Client Success Managers and HelpDesk team, defining client retention strategies, implementing technology solutions, and defining the design of an overall Client Support program.
Appetize Technologies, Inc. is looking for a stellar VP of Client Support to join our growing Operations Team. This role is a blend of client management, inside sales and contract retention to ensure a fast growing SaaS company has the correct infrastructure to ensure long term client success. We are looking for someone to help define the communications strategy with key enterprise partners like Madison Square Garden, LA Angels, NY Yankees, Live Nation, etc. You will play a vital part in comprising a polished and cohesive approach to interfacing with key customers post implementation.
- Develop core communication strategy and cadences for all current clients
- Work closely with the Appetize HelpDesk team to develop innovative solutions and integrations for ongoing customer service
- Define Partner engagement: Understand when to engage, who to engage and the appropriate method for the circumstances
- Implement client support systems to allow team scalability while still maintaining personal touch with clients
- Build relationships and influence others to get things done and drive decision making
- Facilitate or create appropriate process documentation. Define and socialize all support standards for future clients
- 8+ years of enterprise Client Support and management experience
- 8+ years planning and managing team initiatives and implementation of internal client tracking systems
- Experience with scaling of SaaS companies and retention strategies
- Excellent teamwork skills including written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate Travel
- Metrics driven decision making
- PMP Certification
- Scrum Master Certification
- POS, restaurant and retail product management experience a strong plus
