Transaction Administrator

| Greater LA Area

As a Transaction Administrator you will maintain the data integrity and administrative details of a high volume of real estate contracts, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. From document tracking, data entry and handling commissions, your goal is to be a quality controller.

At Compass you will:

  • Document collection, tracking and data entry for large volume of real estate transactions in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
  • Track and ensure data integrity/ quality control of all contracts, payments and commissions
  • Process, leases referrals and closings,
  • Print and deposit commission checks
  • Communication with team members and agents when closing packages arrive
  • Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictates

What we look for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a professional work environment
  • Experience with Google Suite is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software applications
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness
  • Experience at a startup or real estate brokerage preferred
