Sr. Manager, Advertiser Customer Operations

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join Team Snapchat! You will directly shape the advertiser experience and the adoption of our advertising platform. You will manage the Ads product quality and business support teams, and will design and execute on how we service and support our customers (both directly with advertisers and our internal sales team). The goal is to help our advertisers get value from our ads platform quickly, leading to increased engagement and value. You will play a critical role in shaping, influencing, and building the advertiser experience at Snapchat. You are comfortable with an ‘all hands on deck’ environment and roll up your sleeves as habit.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your passion for our customers and their experience to strategize and implement a tiered customer operations workflows for our advertiser community.

  • Design and build a service model that scales effectively with our growing advertiser base.

  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop an onboarding and retention program for our scaled advertiser segment.

  • Establish leadership level partnerships with product, marketing, and sales.

  • Define and implement KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success criteria for the team.

  • Be an evangelist across the company for our customers, and channel insights to the company through a structured and disciplined feedback process. Use customer insights and feedback to influence new product feature enhancements on the Ads platform.

  • Manage a team of talented specialists, and support the career growth of the team members in reaching their full potential

  • Manage change for internal and external groups in a fast-paced, constantly changing industry environment

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading undergraduate institution, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years successfully designing, implementing and running an adtech support model at a technology company known for extraordinary customer service

  • 5+ years managing a team of 10 or more

  • Deep understanding of customer expectations and needs throughout the customer lifecycle

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Sprinklr, Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence or other ticket management systems

  • Ability to initiate and execute projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Leverages data, intuition and empathy to continuously improve levels of service

  • Creative problem solver that develops unique solutions for seemingly unsolvable problems

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player

  • Process driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes

  • Passion for Snapchat, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
