Director, Account Management

To support our explosive growth, our next Director, Account Management will ramp-up our pre-existing team of account managers, plus redesign account management service levels at NEXT. If you enjoy building high-performing teams and have a track record of success partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Ops, and People to create world class account management teams, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Build account management teams which directly impact revenue
  • Redesign the account management process from the ground up
  • Create and drive strategies to strengthen the health of our accounts
  • Own high-visibility projects directly in-line with our roadmap
  • Hire great Account Managers & achieve impactful KPIs
  • Be the voice of ‘calm’ in a hectic fast-paced environment
  • Hire successful account managers

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, meaningful experience building & managing a team, and experience at startups and mid-to-large enterprise companies
  • Meaningful experience leading an account management or sales team within a product-driven, venture backed startup
  • Success building a team of high performing Account Managers; which includes: hiring/selection, establishing compensation plans, motivating a team, and retaining top talent
  • Strong business and sales acumen and a track record of hitting KPI’s Have proven experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • A high orientation to detail; be solutions focused and data-driven
