Account Manager, Client Services

| Greater LA Area

CreatorIQ is looking for an experienced Account Manager, Client Services who is passionate about the success of our customers and has a strong track record in influencer marketing. You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with our most strategic clients to help them optimize their influencer marketing efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Support our Services Directors to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, industry insights, campaign analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Perform research and provide insights on influencer marketing trends
  • Analyze influencer campaign results and compose reports on findings
  • Keep up to date on industry trends in order to provide clients with insights that will enhance their influencer marketing efforts
  • Ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the CreatorIQ platform
  • Assist the Sales and Success Teams in providing insight to client health, and working to win new business and/or grow existing accounts
  • Manage and optimize configuration of on-boarded CreatorIQ clients, to ensure their continued success with the CreatorIQ platform
  • Identify platform gaps, and optimization opportunities; designing and configuring the appropriate solution so that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
  • Maintain platform relevancy according to changes business needs
  • Ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionality
  • Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirements

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, enterprise software management and/or implementation a big plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe
  • Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
  • Fluency in influencer marketing, social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for influencer software is preferred
  • Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
  • B.S. or a B.A. college degree
