Senior Manager l Marketplace & Goto Market Partnerships
We are looking for a versatile & out of box innovator who formulate strategies to increase the volume of business & establish partnerships. Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for associating and connecting with people at all levels. Must have strong business acumen to spearhead the sales and business development function.
Why we need this role:
We are looking for a leader to help us build out our marketplace of services that our customers will need as they build out their ideas into a fully functioning software. This includes everything from Cloud services to technical and non technical 3rd party integrations/services (i.e Analytics). We want to do this to increase stickiness with our customer and deliver on our promise of a single bill for the entire journey from idea to built software.
A secondary function will be to establish key GTM partnerships in APAC/MENA and help the US BD efforts through multiplier partnerships such as channel. An extension to this will be the ability to do joint GTM with our marketplace partnerships.

First 6 Months OKRs
- Establish quick wins in GTM for MENA/APAC Region
- Build an end to end process from target list to executed partnerships with key GTM partners in the region
- Establish quick wins in GTM for the US Market
- Establish east coast partnerships
- Execute existing 3rd party cloud partnership with a key US Partner
- Establish Marketplace Target List and Business Model
- Develop out first list of partners to engage in and monetize
- Create partner framework
- Establish Marketplace Account Management
- Create a framework to engage and leverage our marketplace ecosystem partners
- Establish GTM partnerships that offer bundles with their products to our customers

- Experience in building end-to-end processes from target list to executed partnerships in both international and domestic markets

- Expertise in data-driven decision making in a sales or partnership environment. You prefer making decisions based on deep analysis when it comes to evaluating sales achievements and course correcting
