We are in active pursuit of amazing individuals capable of being the primary point of contact for franchise corporate accounts. This position is responsible for building long-term relationships with Scorpion's franchise brands while helping them achieve all goals from a national level. You must be a professional and constantly improve your skills to be an expert in all aspects necessary to best serve Scorpion clients. Franchise Brand Managers acknowledge corporate requests, questions, and concerns and continuously execute and refine their customized marketing campaign to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate has previous marketing experience and a good working knowledge of SEO & SEM. A bachelor's degree is required and an MBA is a plus. To be the best fit for this role, you must provide the ultimate professional experience, thus creating a partnership with our clients to prove that we are the best at what we do.

Pay: Salary + Bonuses

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

  • 5+ years of work in the Digital Marketing field or similar

  • 2+ years specifically working with PPC and SEO

  • 3+ years customer service/account management on a national level

  • Sales experience

  • Experience working with franchises or large corporations

  • Prior experience creating presentations and presenting at conferences/trade shows/other large groups in a professional capacity

  • Experience leading a small team

  • Proven leadership ability and experience developing high-performing teams

  • Ability to motivate and inspire others

  • Excellent presentation and relationship management skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple prioritie

    Skills:

    • Excellent verbal & written communication

    • Rapid problem-solving

    • Conflict resolution

    • Able to interpret raw data to improve client campaigns

    • Willingness to travel long distances when needed (5-10% travel for this position)

    • Willingness to work more than 40+ hours

    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
