How you will contribute:

DMAs are an integral part of the client onboarding process. You will work directly with PatientPop Implementation Managers to build out our customer’s online profiles. You will gather customer data from multiple online sources, submit data into our proprietary platform, and keep track of customer workflow and submissions. By gaining access to our healthcare customers’ online listings, you will practice Search Engine Optimization to ensure traffic to customer websites results in higher in search engine rankings. 

Skills you’ll bring:

  • College degree
  • Experience with computer data entry
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organization and multitasking skills
  • Technical Aptitude
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, including attempting to solve problems before asking for assistance.

Why you're important to us

The role of the Digital Marketing Associate is crucial to the success of PatientPop’s Customer Onboarding team. Digital Marketing Associates work closely with Implementation Managers to optimize the online presence of our customers according to strict deadlines. Success in this role will contribute to timely client launches and satisfied customers. Those stepping into this role are jump starting their Digital Marketing and SEO career - you’ll receive the experience to grow within our company and beyond!

In your first 90 days you will:

You will be trained in the PatientPop onboarding and account set-up process while being immersed in an SEO environment. You will understand common web errors and how to diagnose and fix them. You will carry a full account load of 35 accounts at a time and use reports and dashboards to become a master of managing your tasks. Beyond managing your daily activities, you will be encouraged to share ideas to improve team processes and help the team grow.

*note: This is an entry level role at a $15/hr rate
