Help Desk Support Intern

We're currently looking for a Help Desk SupportIntern to be on the front lines in our El Segundo office, supporting employees in a primarily Mac and G Suite environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a high-growth, fast-paced technology company where you'll be a key contributor and learn a ton about IT!
Our environment: approximately 135 users (and growing!) with a handful of remote based employees; predominantly Mac users, G Suite, Jira & Confluence, AWS and Meraki infrastructure.
What you'll do:
- Provide friendly, white glove Level 1 support for day-to-day operations and IT needs of our employees
- Audio/Visual setup, support, and troubleshooting
What you'll need:
- You’ll bring your passion for interfacing with people. Some experience in the following systems would be a plus, but is not entirely necessary. We will train you!
- Mac OS X
- Audio/Visual equipment
- AWS, Meraki/firewall, VPN, AP or SSO experience
- Familiarity with SaaS
- Passion about education and technology
