What You’ll be Doing:


  • Manage the talent acquisition life-cycle to include the placement of posting, identification and interviewing of the most qualified applicants, guidance on the selection of the best candidates and the extension of the offer.
  • Identify and implement recruiting "best practices" and workflows across the company to better streamline and standardize our processes.
  • Partner with senior management and department managers to understand needs and provide talent strategies and workforce planning to attract top talent.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against compliant criteria.
  • Build a data driven organization evolving recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights into attracting the right talent needed to meet business objectives and improve retention.
  • Provide expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring
  • Review and look for ways to constantly reinvent existing candidate experience and onboarding.
  • Branding

  • Partner with Marketing and key Department Managers to create and track digital ad based targeted recruitment campaigns, identify innovative recruitment events and new event partnerships that would yield high quality candidates with target skills and build positive brand association
  • Continue to innovate staff on candidate sourcing by leveraging all available tools; including social media, company website, job boards, employee referral program, recruiting tools and agencies when appropriate.
  • Provide expertise on by collaborating on market penetration, branding strategies and recruitment initiatives
  • Networks within the industry; attends local professional meetings.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention

    • Build and maintain relationship with employees and hiring managers to ensure that employees are happy
    • Investigate grievances to identify areas of improvement for managers, coworkers, and company culture, make suggestions and take action to improve employee engagement and retention
    • Partner with managers and department heads to resolve employee issues
    • Identify high potential talent, note career goals and work with employees, manager and HR for career progression opportunities.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 5+ years of corporate and field Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and various other recruiting platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Experience with alternative sourcing strategies and social media recruiting
