Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position will have the opportunity to positively impact the organization by being one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent. As a technical recruiter, you have a clear understanding of full-cycle recruitment and how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. The ideal candidate is highly responsive to candidates and hiring managers, and incredibly skilled at sourcing top-notch Engineering, Product, and Digital Marketing candidates.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
-The Technical Recruiter will execute recruiting and pipelining plans by effectively qualifying requisitions with C-Suite, VP, & Director level stakeholders
-Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Hiretual, Google, and other to find new talent
-Develop leading-edge candidate outreach methods to attract diverse talent.
-The ideal Technical Recruiter should be able to execute creative sourcing strategies via social recruiting, networking, and new age recruiting tools such as Entelo or Hiretual.
-Provide insight into the hyper-competitive candidate landscape in Los Angeles, CA, such as market pay rates for specific skill sets, ideal target companies to recruit from, and productive networking events to attend.
-Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.
-Juggle multiple recruiting priorities with finesse.
-Manage a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
-Develop proactive pipelines of candidates in niche areas such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Digital Marketing, and corporate support functions (Finance, HR, Operations).
-The ideal Technical Recruiter will participate in Campus Recruiting 1-2x per year to build OnPoint a bench of passionate and eager business & technical professionals.
-Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results.
-Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably with a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
-Successful track record of direct sourcing of passive candidates
-A strong knowledge of, and experience with, out-of-the-box recruiting resources including social recruiting, candidate aggregates, creative job posting strategies, and local networking efforts.
-Technical Recruiter has expertise in working with an ATS such as Lever (Current ATS), Greenhouse, iCIMS, JobVite, or similar.
-Strong stakeholder management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
-The ability to independently manage multiple, competing demands for high-priority requisitions.
-An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-shifting environment.
-The ideal Technical Recruiter is savvy with the latest tech and tools the Recruiting space has to offer -- including bringing fresh ideas to the table about resources the Talent Acquisition team should be using to gain a competitive advantage.
-Position may require travel to Miami, Florida and Alajuela, Costa Rica
