The Lead Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for guiding, managing, and empowering our North American team of Recruiting Coordinators. This individual will collaborate with recruiting leads on initiatives to streamline processes as it relates to creating a delightful, best-in-class experience for every candidate, ensure best practices are in place so that coordination is efficient and smooth, and support the broader recruiting team in the most effective manner.
In your role as Lead Recruiting Coordinator you will:
- Improve and execute on a signature candidate experience at scale
- Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency
- Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators across North America
- Build effective partnerships with the client groups and Recruiting Leadership to support current and future requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting project initiatives to streamline interview process as it relates to candidate experience
- Oversee and plan the hiring, on-boarding and training of Recruiting Coordinators as needed
- Plan and recommend resource alignment and workload across the Coordination Team
Successful Lead Recruiting Coordinators at BCGDV possess:
- 2+ years of proven management experience
- Strong organization skills, a data-driven approach, and thoughtful communication skills
- Experience solving problems analytically related to recruiting coordination and hiring initiatives alongside leadership and executive teams
- Experience developing and improving processes
- Experience influencing and communicating cross-functionally and regionally
- Experience prioritizing and managing your personal workload and that of others
- The desire to never stop searching for opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
- BS/BA in Human Resources, business or a related field or equivalent work experience
