But all of this is meaningless without great people, we are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter with experience at a startup or early-stage company that can help us build out our next phase of growth by finding outstanding product and engineering talent.
How will you contribute to PatientPop?
This role will impact our organization by performing administrative support, scheduling, maintaining job posts, as well as ad-hoc requests for technical talent acquisition team for engineering and product organizations. We need a detail oriented, reliable candidate who is eager to enter the war for local technical talent with us.
Who will be successful in this role?
A hands-on recruiter with +1 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency) and the proven ability to source, identify, engineering candidates. We are looking for someone with a passion for building high-performance teams and experience networking and relationship building. The ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet business/recruiting goals and achieve results is key to success in this role. This role requires a fast paced, high energy, outcome-driven, results-driven individual, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive our talent needs. This candidate will function as a coordinator for the team with a split between that and a small amount of recruiting, it's an ideal first step to being an in-house full-lifecycle recruiter.
