Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • 5+ years of big 4 public accounting experience is required; 1-2 years of industry experience is a plus

  • Extremely organized and autonomous
  • Business-minded with superb communication skills
  • Equally gifted tactician and delegator; an affinity for the daily nitty-gritty is essential

An Insider's view of GoodRx

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

GoodRx hires team members we can trust and empower. With thoughtful hiring, we have assembled a team that is inherently self-motivated, driven and doesn't require (or want) micromanagement.

Reena Scoblionko

Director of HR

What makes someone successful on your team?

Willingness to reach out and ask for help when needed, as well as a desire to offer new ideas and implement them when the opportunity arises.

Justin Kinney

Senior Proofreader

What are some things you learned at the company?

One of the best things about being at a legitimate hypergrowth, profitable company is learning how it breathes and thinks on a daily basis compared to most startups. You have seasoned management and a “radically candid” environment. At our size, you still touch all facets of the business before we grow to 500-1,000 employees in the next few years.
