Senior DevOps Engineer
At PatientPop, we believe healthcare providers should focus their attention on delivering quality care to patients. That's why we devised a solution that allows providers to build a thriving practice, without being tied down by the burdens of business growth.
We've helped thousands of providers since our founding in 2014. Along the way, we cultivated an incredible work environment — one of the best, according to Great Place to Work.
Our dedicated team brings a blend of experiences that drives innovation and customer success. Our development-focused culture allows employees to thrive personally and professionally. And our bustling (dog-friendly!) offices are in an enviable location: just two blocks from the beach and around the corner from 3rd Street Promenade.
Now, we want you to be a part of it all.

You must be comfortable with taking on new engineering challenges, defining potential solutions, and implementing designs in a team environment.
Skills you’ll bring:

- Strong proficiency in Python, MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience with using infrastructure within code, either using CloudFormation or Terraform
- Experience with Jenkins
- AWS experience
- Microservices experience
Why you're important to us:
This role will impact our organization by helping development teams scale their infrastructure in AWS. You will collaboratively work with software developers to automate and streamline our operations and processes. You will be a resource for the engineering team and help monitor the tools used by developers and work on building out and maintaining tools for development and deployment to automate operations and processes, including but not limited to CI, containerization and configuration management when needed.
In 90 days you will:
Help build and deploy automation tools as well as scale our infrastructure in AWS. You should prepare to have an immediate impact on the organization from day one.
