VideoAmp Benefits Overview

1. Social Hour: As appropriate and budget availability, head to the bar to loosen up, have

4. Referral Stipend: Great people know other great people. Recommend an employee
that stays on-board for more than 3 months, and you'll get a sweet stipend of
$2,500.00. It's a token of our appreciation for serving both VideoAmp and the person
you refer. The referral stipend is subject to taxes and will be paid via VideoAmp’s
payroll provider within two payroll periods after the referred individual’s 3-month

1. Parental Leave Policy: A newborn child needs extra love and nurturing. VideoAmp
honors your commitment to being a good parent by giving you extra time off (8
weeks for primary caregivers, 4 weeks secondary caregivers) to take care of your
family. Policy varies by location. This is CA policy.
2. Employer Paid Health Insurance (Including Immediate Family): Starting at day 1,
VideoAmp now offers plans that are 100% covered (and 75% covered for immediate
dependents) so you can crush it at work and in life.
3. Employer Paid Life Insurance: All FT employees are now covered with life insurance.
Each individual receives the benefit equivalent to their annual salary.
4. 401k Plan: Secure your financial future with our 401k plan. VideoAmp has carefully
selected a full-service 401k plan with low fees and no hidden costs. (not eligible until
3 months of employment - no company matching)
5. Annual Family Vacation Stipend: VideoAmp believes in quality family time, and
VideoAmp will reimburse activities chosen in good taste for up to $2,000 after your first 6 months of employment. This is a taxable benefit and can’t be used more than three times during the year and the total annual benefit is $2,000 pretax.
6. Unlimited PTO: VideoAmp wants you to enjoy life to its fullest and we insist that you
to take a minimum of 2 weeks off for a mind-and-body reset.
7. Babysitter Funds: We provide $100/month to support babysitting responsibilities.

9. More Family-Oriented Team Bonding Events: As time and budget permits, VideoAmp
sets up family-friendly team bonding events to strengthen our connection with each
other and our families. This requires pre-approval by the CFO and local Culture team

1. Onsite Personal Trainer: A healthy body equals a healthy mind. At our Santa Monica
location, our in-house personal trainer will help you achieve your personal fitness
goals. (At all other locations, the company will provide a pre-tax benefit of $150 per
month for a gym membership, yoga classes or nutrition classes.) Learn the most
efficient techniques to feel better, boost energy, obtain superhuman strength, and
conquer the world.
2. Healthy Snacks: Sometimes you need a quick pick-me-up or nutritional boost. At
VideoAmp, we make healthy snacks and fresh fruits available at all times so you can
