Work with the brand, distribution, and entertainment partnership functions on the Business Development team, assisting where Coordinator resources are needed.
Remain up-to-date on all three verticals, including, but not limited to the team’s current projects, potential partnerships, and overall industry trends.
Identify entertainment, distribution, and brand partnerships that are beneficial to Tinder in terms of reach, impressions, growth, and brand impact.
Assist the manager of each vertical in the overall strategy, outreach to potential partners, execution of campaigns, and brand impact measurement.
Work with the Analytics team to measure cost per metric and determine if partnership opportunities are worth the investment.
Work cross-functionally and build relationships with a number of external teams and internal teams including PR, Creative, and Digital Media to develop holistic brand and communication strategies.
Provide support for the design, development, and implementation of all partnership campaigns to ensure consistency of brand vision.
