Head of Growth - Private Search
Oversee and develop multi-channel brand awareness, user acquisition and retention efforts.
Set and be held accountable for KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
Manage a team of branding, PR, content, and acquisition marketers.
Expand channels through ongoing optimization, and build out new channels to drive future growth, including offline (e.g., podcast, traditional).
Help drive strategy around attribution, tracking, and landing experiences for all paid marketing.
Work closely with the creative and content marketing teams to shape user journeys from awareness to conversion.
Define customer cohort strategies and develop targeted campaigns for critical audience segments.
Plan, forecast, and measure marketing’s impact on the business.
Foster and support 360- degree marketing strategies and online execution for major brand initiatives.
