Develop and maintain the tactical Media Plan. Work with the Manager, as well as implementation groups, to recommend budget allocations across media, and provide various media mix scenarios. Provide day-to-day direction to implementation groups for the tactical plan. Maintain and communicate up-to-date records of the implementation of the plan. Provide research and analysis to assist with various issues that arise in the execution of the tactical plan. Support the team by generating insights, gathering media landscape intel, creating competitive reports, and general audience learning. Work directly with Billing Coordinator to lead the billing and invoicing process between Adidas, MediaCom, and vendors. Manage output from an Associate who will report into this role.

Paid Social campaign strategy implementation. Understand the client's product and their marketing objectives and goals. Review and analyze competitor sites. Develop forecasts and plans, using input from your Director and Account Director. Define a campaign strategy and deliverable plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
