Generous Parental Leave
We provide up to 12 weeks of parental leave for the primary caretaker. Imbellus also provides up to 4 weeks of leave for the secondary caretaker.

Imbellus provides employees with a flexible work schedule that includes Core hours as well as flexible start and end times.
Remote Work Program
Our remote work program includes work from home for many of our teams. Even local LA-based employees may work remotely as needed. Right now about half of Imbellus works remotely.
Vacation & Time Off Benefits
Imbellus provides a performance-based PTO policy that is flexible, based upon the needs of our employees. Between two and four weeks is recommended, depending upon what works for you.
