Pricing & Yield Manager, Strategy and Implementation at Snap

We’re looking for a Pricing and Yield Manager to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Revenue Operations team, you will use your analytical skills and business knowledge to drive revenue. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Research & Measurement, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue Product to provide thought partnership and help framing critical initiatives related to pricing and yield.
What you'll do:

  • Accelerate critical initiatives by working with other PYM team members and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Mine multiple data sources and develop real-time reports that help visualize data to tell the story of what's happening in the business
  • Analyze historical trends and identify insights
  • Build quantitative models that establish goals and plan for different scenarios
  • Optimize team processes and workflow to support scaling of the business
  • Develop and socialize robust business recommendations with Senior Leadership

Who we're looking for:

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, and Finance; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of strategy consulting experience
  • 1+ years in a project leadership role
  • Extreme initiative with an ability to work independently or in teams and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Strong communication skills - particularly written communication skills with preparing materials (Powerpoint Presentations) for meetings, and verbal communication skills in small cross-functional group discussions
  • Experience working with large data sets and learning various systems to access data
  • Strong organization skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Passion for Snapchat and an interest in technology/media, advertising, and pricing!
