Account Manager, Influencer at Zefr

ZEFR is growing! We are hiring a new Influencer Account Manager to guide top global brands and emerging media companies into the era of online video. 

We are the leading technology company empowering brands to discover and target their most important influencers and topics in video. With more data than any other YouTube partner, ZEFR’s platform provides a lens into culture and the tools to turn insights into more impactful media for brands. ZEFR remains at the forefront of innovation and quality for brands and publishers across the social media spectrum. We manage over 275 million videos online and tracks over 31 billion video views a month. Our teams use the latest open source tools to build applications and data solutions for fast, accurate, and high quality products that deliver results.

 Here's what you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Sales team and Influencer team on all facets of client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion, including but not limited to campaign brainstorming, managing contracts, overseeing content approvals, campaign analysis/reporting, and related day-to-day account management duties
  • Manage and work with production team to answer clients’ daily questions, issues, and feedback, sharing with management as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, production and ad operations teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and annual contract renewal
  • Manage timelines both internally and with clients
  • Participate in brainstorms and help come up with creative ideas for social campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success; be able to identify opportunities to expand ZEFR’s level of service with each client, and work with the sales team to follow through on those opportunities

 

Here's what we're looking for: 

  • 2+ years of account management or project management experience in online media agency or ad sales organization
  • Influencer marketing experience preferred
  • Strong understanding and passion for social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
  • Ability to vet out opportunities, issues and ideas and think outside of the box to solve them and offer up solutions
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intelligent, outgoing individual with great interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
